The First Day Of The Rest Of Your Lives is a two player game about building a character meant for a fated meeting with another and what comes after by Nick Weyr. This game is set within the universe of The Gloaming Diaries, and as such it is required to have read the prior game before playing. It is also recommended but not required to read the supplement Vespers for additional context.

This is a two player game wherein each player will create a character that will inevitably merge with the other to become a gloamspun. The game is played in a series of acts, where each player takes turns constructing a character through the information and posed by the text, and the other player poses questions to ask about that player’s constructed character.
